Good Evening! My salutations to the Hon’ble president of the gathering Mr.T.M.Sheik Uduman Correspondent & Trustee members, staff members , Respectful Parents, Benefactors and my dear students, A warm welcome to everyone arrived on-line platform today. Global Public School is an energetic learning community where students are provided access to high quality education that has breadth, depth and opportunity and is holistic in its preparation for post school futures. Across the 2020-21 academic year, learning was experienced through a range of formats and environments. The focus, as always, was the pursuit of excellence, equity and opportunity sourced from a variety of avenues. The staff have continued to work collaboratively to further refine their pedagogy, empowering their capacity to respond to the complex needs of our diverse and demanding school community. Professional learning has been strategic and differentiated, delivered by experts, to develop expertise. It is indeed a proud moment for me to present a very impressive annual report for the year 2020 - 2021. On this occasion let me express my sincere gratitude and greetings to our honorable chairman Mr.T.M.Sheik Uduman and Trustee members.Though we are at the initial stage, the accomplishments are numerous.Global Public School, Idaikal was started in “2020“ with very few students but in its journey of “month” it has shown a steady growth and consistent performance.

FOLLOWING IS A BRIEF REVIEW OF PERFORMANCE OF THE SCHOOL:

The Wisdom of Global School are all geared with great excitement with joy and enthusiasm. Let me reveal all, what we have achieved in this academic year. Being a pandemic year for the whole world but the students in Global School have enough participation through online classes. We conducted Classes, Activities, Assignment works, Inter school competition, Inter club activities through ICT.

We have online competitions in co scholastic areas like Arts ,sports ,music and dance. Inter school competitions like Essay writing, Painting, Colouring, Drawing and Speech. Inter School Competition includes house hold activities, Project, Assignment, Debate and so on. It includes helping our parents, taking care of health being hygienic, safety precaution for COVID situation. Classes were taken in regular periodical manner from KG to VII. All the above achievements are due to sincere- Discipline, Determination, Devotion, dedication and Dreaming BIG by our teachers.

Weekly test, Monthly evaluation, Terminal Examination were conducted through online link in the presence of concerned Class Teacher. After completing the examination, it has been sent to the Class Teacher through ICT. The examination papers were submitted in the very next day to the School. After evaluating the Answer sheets, Marks and Grade were informed to the parents through ICT. However, this Academic year is completely through ICT. Even then, the students of Global School are participated in an enthusiastic manner and in a way to lead ahead.

AS FAR AS OUR FUTURE PLANS ARE CONCERNED :

• Further enhancement of school library, science laboratories and introduction of Active online E-content supportive platform is ON for active enrichment.
• We have planned to hire more Coaches for games and sports to coach our students, so that they can rise above district and state level and can reach the international level and show excellent performance as we can see tremendous potential in the young ones. Dear Educators, We wish to grow consistently and steadily in the coming years and take Global Public School to its peak and for that we request your full support to grow and to do good to the children and community.

I hereby conclude by saying that

“SUCCESS IS JOURNEY NOT A DESTINATION AND I WANT ALL THE GLOBALIANS TO COME ALONG WITH US IN THIS JOURNEY. TOGETHER WE WILL WIN AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE FOR OUR YOUNG MINDS”.

A LONG WAY TO GO BEFORE I GO TO SLEEP…. What’s a school without teachers and students ! It’s our Globalians who made all our efforts truly meaningful and rewarding by their significant effort to do their best and becoming knowledgeable, skilled and responsible citizens. We are proud of every one of them, On this joyous occasion of our first Annual day celebration, we assure you of our continued commitment to the cause of education and invoke the blessings of the Almighty to enable us to continue the tradition of excellence in all our pursuits. We wish to extend a tribute to all our staff for their dedication and team work in the field of Academics, Co-curricular, Sports and Extra - Curricular.
